About us

We are a committed family office investor with a long-term perspective.

We provide tailored support to meet the specific needs and opportunities of each portfolio company. Our portfolio companies benefit from our experience, best practices, sector expertise, and extensive network. Since 1999, we have been initiating and fostering company growth.

We aim to build resilient investment portfolios, collaborate with visionary entrepreneurs transforming industries, and create unique opportunities across sectors.

Private Equity Investments

We invest directly in high-growth companies and indirectly through limited partnership interests in next-generation private equity fund-of-funds. In addition to family capital, we co-invest in companies where we can provide long-term, hands-on involvement.

From early growth stages through IPO and beyond, we support visionary entrepreneurs with engaged capital, strategic relationships, and proprietary insights.

Real Estate Investments

Netspider Real Estate operates its own real estate development firm. As a private and independent developer with a streamlined decision-making process, we act swiftly and effectively. Our developments are primarily for our own account and at our own risk, focusing on Light Industrial and Office Spaces.

Joint Venture Investments

We seek investment opportunities where technological disruptions create scalable growth potential. Through a joint venture between Netspider Capital and SDC Holding, we acquire, develop, lease, and operate critical digital infrastructure to support the cloud’s present and future demands.

Additionally, we collaborate with STL Developments to create innovative living spaces that integrate smart technology with sustainable design. Our eco-friendly smart lofts minimize ecological footprints while enhancing comfort and efficiency.
